The new edition of Já Pro Lar Center begins on January 15th with discounts of up to 70%.

The sale season at the mall features products for all needs, whether for those who are going to build and remodel or for those who want to renew the decoration of the spaces in the house.

The traditional sale season at Lar Center opens on January 15th. The mall gathers the best brands in architecture, design, and decoration with a portfolio that includes everything from basic materials for construction and remodeling to furniture, lighting, appliances and electronics, articles and accessories for everyday life and pieces by renowned interior designers.

In a digital catalog on the Lar Center website (click here), customers can check the offers that reach up to 50% off and the special conditions of several stores and directly contact the brands through WhatsApp to start the process and schedule a visit to the store. At the mall, customers can see suggestions of products on sale even before entering the stores.

“The digital catalog is another alternative to facilitate the contact between customer and store owner, providing greater agility and convenience. I emphasize that we continue to follow all the guidelines of the competent authorities and the recommendations of Associação Brasileira de Shopping Centers (Abrasce) for our operation, always aiming to ensure the health and well-being and to offer a safe environment to our customers, tenants, employees and suppliers who pass by the mall every day”, says Guilherme Marini, executive director of Lar Center.

He emphasizes that a relationship program exclusive to the Mall will soon be launched with a focus on architecture, design and decoration professionals. “For some time now we have been working on the development of our own project, in partnership with the DPTO agency, in order to strengthen even more our relationship and that of our tenants with the specifiers. The program will begin in March, but the professionals in the segment who take advantage of the Já Pro Lar Center opportunities between January and February can already register and accumulate points”, explains Marini.

Safety protocols

Among the preventive measures that Lar Center maintains are: flow control, which is limited to 40% of the development’s capacity; temperature measurement at the entrance; mandatory use of protective masks in all facilities, including the parking lot; reinforced cleaning processes in all areas and surfaces; hand sanitizer dispensers in several spots of the facility; use of the elevators only by one person or one family at a time; and reinforced communication regarding the importance of everyone’s collaboration with the necessary care.
